Benedictine1/2 oz Lemon Juice1/2 oz Lime Juice1 oz Simple Syrup2-4 oz Club SodaA unicorn horn shaped ice popCombine the brand/congac, Benedictine, lemon juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a highball glass with no ice. Stir well to combine. Add the ice pop upside down (or just ice) and top with the club soda. Elder Fashion2 oz Plymouth Gin1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur2 Dashes Orange BittersGarnish: Grapefruit TwistAdd all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled, 20-30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large chunk of ice. Express oils from grapefruit twist over drink and discard or drop in glass. #doitforwilson
