Starting Again Is A Leadership Skill

About this episode
There's a lot of celebration around starting. But what about starting again? The longer we've been doing something, the easier it is to believe we should already know what we're doing. Experience can give us confidence, but it can also make us hesitant to become a beginner again. In Episode #277 of Just Start: Get Visible, we're talking about why starting again is a leadership skill. Growth will continuously put us in situations where we have to say: I don't know yet. I need help. I'm learning. I might not be great at this immediately. And that's okay. You can be experienced and new. Accomplished and learning. Confident and curious. The goal isn't to outgrow starting. It's to become more willing to start again. This week's question: Where might you need to give yourself permission to be a beginner again? Listen to Episode #277: Starting Again Is a Leadership Skill.
