Lol. But I didn't see it at that time, it's why did not happen is because sometimes we are so fearful about unknown things that we potentially don't have control of. So I will tell my young self, and I'll put my time machine, whenever you see an opportunity, for example, in real estate, you have to be able to take action. Not just, fumble and be like, “Oh yeah, I want to be able to invest in real estate, I want to be able to have this amount of properties…”. But when the opportunity comes, you just hesitate.
