Ride or Die Partner. Is it a thing?

Jo asks if Josh he’s familiar with the term, “Ride or Die,” when it comes to labeling a romantic partner. Josh thinks that term sounds more like a t-shirt a motorcycle enthusiast might have donned in the late 70s.  In classic Josh and Jo fashion, Jo seems to lean traditional in her romantic commentary while Josh continues in a more progressive journey.
