020 - Surround Yourself with People who Think Bigger - Ben Bollingbroke and Jordan Jaramillo

Ben Bollingbroke I am a recent graduate from the University of Utah in Biomedical Engineering. Although my college years were full of lab work and research experiments, somewhere along the way I found real estate and discovered my passion for investing and entrepreneurship.  Through networking, studying and hard work, I purchased over 2 million dollars of real estate during my college years. I am currently working to build my real estate portfolio and scale my business into bigger and bigger deals. Jordan Jaramillo I am an entrepreneur and have always worked 100% commission base jobs. Everything I have earned has been off of my production, I soon learned to work smarter and not harder.  I developed a love for real estate when I realized that I could direct all my earnings and efforts into an asset that would appreciate in value, and always be a value in our economy. By having that asset grow my money and spin off a monthly check for me I was SOLD! I have been able to acquire over $2million dollars worth of real estate in just over a year. This has replaced my monthly living expenses and helped me grow in other aspects of my life because my money is now working for me.
