A parent agent's ability to delegate work should not imply that every child receives the parent's credentials and tools. Mint a bounded delegation grant, exchange it for audience-specific access, enforce policy at the tool boundary, and prevent redelegation by default. Treat tool metadata as hints and authorization as a runtime guarantee.
