You need to have in place a consistent resource for a lead generator: Your chief marketing or lead generation officer Your VP of sales Your director of operations who handles all things fulfillment At a minimum, that's got to be your management team. To what degree do you have those three in place, and are they running day-to-day operations so you don't have to be there and can start maximizing the salability of your business?
