Hockeytown is a Mess — Red Wings State of the Union + Lions Over/Unders

The Detroit Red Wings are heading into 2026-27 without a permanent GM, with Dylan Larkin requesting a trade, and Simon Edvinsson still unsigned — and somehow the roster looks almost identical to last year. Tyler and Kyle give their honest State of the Union on where Hockeytown stands right now, what the next GM is walking into, and whether there's any reason for optimism in Detroit. Then the guys shift gears to Lions season — setting over/unders on individual player stats and debating whether Detroit's stars will hit their numbers in 2026.The Grit-Iron Report is Detroit's loudest, most passionate sports podcast — Lions first, all Detroit, no apologies.
