GM for a Day: Can These Moves Turn the Chicago Bears Into a Contender?

The GM for a Day miniseries is officially underway.Each of us was randomly assigned an NFC North rival and had to put together a realistic plan to rebuild them after a last-place finish. First up, our Lions representative gets the Chicago Bears.The plan includes taking a big swing on defense, making a tough contract decision, adding help in free agency and exploring another move in the secondary.
