Jason Timpf on What to Expect From the Celtics This Season

For the second year running, Jason Timpf of Hoops Tonight joins the Celtics Chronicle to preview Boston's season — and this time the conversation is a lot more optimistic. Adam Taylor and Jason get into: why Neemias Queta was last year's real curveball (and why Jason rates him Boston's best center option even in the playoffs), how getting Jayson Tatum back unlocks the offense in ways Jaylen Brown couldn't — especially his passing into the vertical-spacing window — and why the young wings developing out of the margins was the actual story of last season.Plus: a deep dive on Tatum's potential mid-range game as the swing skill, why the Robinson-Queta frontcourt fits Boston's identity, the Trey Murphy debate, and where Jason lands on Boston's ceiling: a second-tier contender a move away from the top, with anything past the second round as house money this year.------------------------Subscribe to the Celtics Chronicle newsletter for analysis, news, and X's and O's, sent straight to your inbox: https://celticschronicle.com/
