Cheers to 30! Mortality, Mom Guilt & Our Unhinged High School Lore

We said we were going to keep this episode short, which obviously meant we immediately spiraled into breastfeeding, postpartum mom guilt, having your whole titty out with your friends, turning 30, mortality, fully developed frontal lobes, food hangovers, and all the absolutely unhinged things our early-20s selves somehow survived. We unpack the weird mix of excitement and existential dread that comes with leaving your 20s, why 30 feels both incredibly young and somehow ancient, and whether any of us ever actually feel like we’re where we’re “supposed” to be. Then we take a trip back to high school — cheerleading for popularity, thinking being mean made you cool, publicly clapping back at bullies, friendships that changed depending on who was watching, and the realization that high school was basically a tiny fucking cult. Somehow, between all the chaos, we land on one of the best parts of getting older: caring a whole lot less about being cool and a whole lot more about actually liking your life.
