Dallas Cowboys Hire Mike Pettine To “MENTOR” Christian Parker?! + Week 5 Film Breakdown | Doin’ Alright

Episode 259: The Cowboys are bringing in veteran defensive help, and Bryan Broaddus and Voch Lombardi break down what Mike Pettine’s arrival could mean for Christian Parker and a defense that badly needs answers. The guys discuss whether Pettine can help simplify the scheme, why Parker is now moving to the booth to call the defense, and how much time Dallas should give this staff to get things turned around. Then they go to the film. Bryan and Voch break down Dallas’ continued issues handling pressure and stunts, the problems keeping quarterbacks contained, DaRon Bland’s struggles, and why Malachi Lawrence deserves more opportunities as a pass rusher. With Green Bay, Philadelphia and Arizona coming up, the next few weeks could tell us a lot about where this Cowboys defense is headed. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
