Episode 042 – Abnormal EDC: The Everyday Carry Items You Don’t Expect In this episode of EDC‑TV, Grant, Inky, and John dive into the wonderfully strange world of abnormal everyday carry—the tools, trinkets, and personal items people keep with them that fall way outside the usual knives, flashlights, and multitools. We kick things off with the weekly “What’s New?” segment, where Kirky talks about the SOG PowerPint, Inky shows off a hilariously packaged knockoff Microtech, and Grant shares a compact DeWalt laser measure that leads perfectly into tonight’s theme. From there, the crew explores the unconventional side of EDC:John’s dowsing pendulum and poppy badgeInky’s full‑size scissors, A.G. Russell tweezers, and pocket crystalsGrant’s plastic calipers, emergency weather radio, and long‑serving Maxpedition gearPlus sewing kits, makeup brushes, trail mix, consumables, and other oddball items that make everyday life easierIt’s a fun, relaxed conversation full of stories, laughs, and genuinely useful ideas for expanding your own carry beyond the basics. If you carry something unusual, meaningful, or just plain weird, drop it in the comments, or better yet, join the discussion at forum.Multitool.org.Thanks for watching, and we’ll see you next week!#EDCTV #EverydayCarry #EDCCommunity #EDCgear #PocketDump #GearTalk #Multitool #KnifeCommunity #KnifeTalk #AbnormalEDC #WeirdEDC #UniqueCarry #UnexpectedEDC #GearDiscussion #EDCShow #EDCConversation #SOGPowerPint #MicrotechKnives #PetrifiedFishKnives #KanseptKnives #RoughRiderKnives #LeeValleyTools #Maxpedition #LaserMeasure #Calipers #ConstructionLife #ToolTalk #PodcastLife #PodcastCommunity #CreatorsCorner #YouTubePodcast
