Leaving a prestigious job and starting a consulting business is a hard decision that every independent consultant had to face.  But Pradnya Haldipur did it and she did it successfully – no consulting business plan involved.  She left a senior role at Doctors Without Borders to start a consulting company. Twelve months in, she was doing better than she'd expected.  We first talked to Pradnya during the first few months of her launching her independent practice.
