Kentrell Ragin’s Bold New Sound | R&B Music News

Gospel sensation Kentrell Ragin drops his bold new album “The Sound” on October 9th, blending gospel, R&B, hip-hop, pop, and rock to reveal his artistic evolution. Drawing from personal battles with grief and depression, the project explores faith, mental health, and finding your voice — all while channeling Prince and Journey to prove gospel can sound like anything. Featuring heartfelt tributes like the single “Testify” and collaborations with Deon Kipping and Kymberli Joye, this is Ragin’s mission: to show that no pain disqualifies you from God’s purpose — and that your story matters.
