Cyclones Face Underdogs With Seriousness

About this episode

Iowa State, heavy favorites by 23.5 points, isn’t taking their winless opponent Bowling Green lightly—coach Jimmy Rogers warns this could be one of the most nerve-wracking games of the season. After a heartbreaking 16-13 loss to Iowa despite leading most of the way, Rogers knows complacency is deadly. With key players sidelined—including wideout Evan Boyd out for the year—and others battling injuries, the Cyclones must play flawless football for 60 minutes. Rogers sees Bowling Green as a dangerous team with talent and turnover issues masking their record, making Saturday’s game anything but easy.
