Hawai'i Hoops Honor Academics Again

About this episode

The University of Hawaii men’s basketball team just earned their third straight NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, boasting a collective 3.2 GPA and seven players— including standout Isaiah Kerr with a 3.9 in psychology—on the NABC Honors Court. Their academic progress rate hit a perfect 1,000 for the fourth time, well above the national average, proving they’re elite on and off the court. This isn’t a fluke—it’s a legacy of discipline and dedication, showing athletes can excel academically while dominating athletically.
