Today's episode is a deeply personal conversation about grief, loss and learning to move forward while still carrying the people we love with us. My guest Jaden opens up about losing her mom unexpectedly and what the past year has looked like without her. The early days of grief, caring for younger siblings, how friendships have changed but most importantly, keeping her mom's name alive. We also talk about signs her mom has sent her in this last year- and today marks the one year anniversary of her mom's passing, which to me, is a sign in itself- her mom called her to share this story to help others talk about their grief journey.
