RETR Episode 15 - HALE, go-go, slow-go

This episode i talk about this HALE measurement I just learned about. Our Health Adjusted Life Expectancy is 63.5 years. Asians, it is a little more at 71-73. Regardless, I only have 15 years of good health left. Wow. I'm shocked and need to start living my life. What are you doing to extend this HALE number?
