About this episode
In this episode of Adam has a Podcast Adam talks about a topic most people are incentivized to avoid. Patterns, they have taken over the world long before the advent of the microprocessor. This one goes out to those broken, beaten, and damned by their own patterns; necer forget we are the masters of our own minds. The human brain's ability for lifelong neuroplasticity is a testament to the fact that change is always possible. In this modern age large parts of the internet have become part of a psyop designed to drive your actions by weaponizing your own behaviors and patterns against yourself. Unseen patterns like engagement-maximizing algorithms, purchasing schedules, incentivized media, and predictive and targeted advertising silently rule our everyday lives in an effort to make our behaviors predictable, palatable, and profitable. But for all those corporate positives there are consequential public negatives, for instance several cases of targeted advertising triggering psychosis in individuals. Becoming aware of these patterns and your reaction to them is the first step towards changing them, with a little conscious effort you too can avoid succumbing to any previous behavioral patterns that the internet tries to coax out of you.Trigger warning: suicidal ideation survivalRecorded; July 13th, 2026, 9:43pmEpisode: 52
