#104: Low Capacity & Live Events: Behind the Scenes of the Aligned AI Summit

I ran my first summit back in 2022, and I told everyone afterwards that I would probably never do it again. And yet, this year I am back to run my seventh event, running more events than I ever have on the same amount of energy, and this episode - where I'm joined by my business buddy Destini Copp - is a behind-the-scenes look at how and why I'm doing it.I’m sharing what’s changed since that first summit, from treating live events as less of a make-or-break moment to building in more systems, support and downtime around them.
