Therapeutic Applications for MASH/MASLD.

Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) are rapidly increasing in prevalence, driven by rising rates of obesity, insulin resistance, and other metabolic risk factors. Faculty will review zthe physiologic roles of glucagon and incretin receptor signaling and explan how emerging therapies modulate these pathways to improve liver and cardiometabolic outcomes.
