It goes without saying that Aaron Boone will not lead this team to a World Series Title. But it's deeper than Aaron Boone. Changes need to be made in the front office. Cashman needs to go. Boone needs to go. Honestly, I think Hank and Hal need to go as well. The franchise seems to be ok with being a "middle of the pack" type of team. The urgency that we saw earlier this season is gone.
