What is The Improv Chronicle Podcast? Improvised comedy and theatre is an art, a community and one of the fastest growing art forms in the world. Every two weeks, Lloydie speaks to people about issues in improv be they operational, social or artistic. With a global reach, this podcast made in Nottingham, England reaches around the world to get diverse views on an art form that generates passion and fosters the creative talent of the future. About the host Lloydie has been improvising in Nottingham, UK and around the world for over ten years. When he first started exploring long-form improv he was the only person in the Midlands doing so. Now the scene in that part of the UK has expanded greatly. Lloydie is the founder of Nottingham’s Rhymes Improv and its musical team Rhymes Against Humanity. Outside of Nottingham, Lloydie is a performer with award winning group The Maydays who perform in Brighton, London and around the world at festivals.
