Mark, James, Naomi & Duncan - Episode 22 - Corona Catch Up

I thought it would be an interesting idea to invite some previous guests back onto the podcast and catch up with what they've been up to recently. We caught up with Mark from Ep 5, James from Ep 1, Naomi from Ep 2 and Duncan from Ep 3. I asked them what they've been up to since March, how the current times may have affected their running, what's been keeping them motivated and what they're looking forward to next!
