Whiskey brother Thom introduces a new whisk(e)y each episode — then invites his sister Patsy to taste it. Patsy can't stand whiskey. Her reaction is rated on the Whiskey Face Scale: five levels of suffering, from Manageable to Not Happening. Tasting notes, Patsy's unscripted reaction, and a Redemption Round designed to bring her back from the edge. It may not work. Part education, part family experiment, entirely Patsy's problem.
