Mission: The Say More Podcast mission is simple: to destigmatize behavioral health. While services exist across our communities and throughout the state of MA, we still face a critical gap in awareness, understanding, and action. Unfortunately, stigma, shame, and fear remain some of the most persistent barriers preventing people from seeking care or speaking openly about their experiences. We owe our communities better. We must challenge and replace the unhealthy narratives that keep people feeling stuck and isolated. Normalizing behavioral health isn’t just a public health priority, it’s a collective responsibility and a path toward stronger, more resilient communities. Nothing changes if nothing changes, and my mission is to be a catalyst for that change.Goal: The goal of the Say More Podcast is to build a space where mental health meets real life. I want to normalize and model for our community that mental health can be talked about as easily as our favorite coffee spot. I want to engage in conversations about topics that are often not spoken of publicly, and quite frankly need to be. Where difficult conversations are met with compassion and empathy. The more we normalize behavioral health and the conversations around it, the more people may feel connected and inspired to make meaningful change in their life. In sharing our stories, we have the chance to offer connection, support, and validation - all central to the process of healing.
