I’m Elizabeth, Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating counselor, here to help you shift your focus from losing weight to elevating your well-being with a peaceful approach to food and nutrition. I’m Maria, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist - here to support you with prioritizing your emotional well-being, as well as expanding a caring relationship with yourself.
