About Weight Loss With a Side of Grace I Food Freedom, Perimenopause Weight Gain, Busy Moms

Hi, I’m Michelle - Health and fitness coach by day, chauffeur and snack dealer to my three kids by night. Do you know how to lose weight, but you just can’t seem to do it? Do you “eat good” all day… then lose it at night? Do sweets feel like they control you? Do you start over every Monday, live by food rules, and let the scale decide your mood? Do you avoid photos, wear the same “good enough” outfit, and wonder why weight loss feels impossible unless you’re miserable? If that’s you, I see you. You’re not lazy or broken. You’re exhausted from carrying shame, restriction, and pressure in a body you don’t feel at home in. You’ve been trying for years, taking care of everyone else, and you just want peace with food, confidence in your clothes, and a better example for your kids. I know what it’s like to chase “perfect” eating and still feel out of control. I used to workout all the time, but I always felt like eating healthy all the time was SO hard. I wanted to want to eat healthy, but it just wasn’t the case. Then a few years back I learned that it wasn’t the actual food that was keeping me stuck it was all the rules that diets had taught me over the years that made me feel like a failure in healthy eating. Now I know that you can eat the salad and the whoopie pie too and still be healthy. It was grace, structure, and learning how to eat like a healthy person without obsession. Here you’ll learn how to: ✨break the food rules ✨stop nighttime snacking ✨feel in control around sweets ✨include workouts in an always changing schedule ✨build simple habits that work in real mom life We’ll talk dinner systems for busy schedules, strength training as we age, mindset shifts to ditch all-or-nothing, scale freedom, and sustainable weight loss you can actually maintain.
